Rules and Procedures 1. In order to be recognized to speak on an item, one must obtain recognition through the Chair, by rising of hand or calling for the Chair. 2. Everyone is allotted to speak twice(2) on a item keeping in mind of the time 3. When voting to approve item to be included in the proposal Chair will ask all those in favor, oppose, abstain. 4. Item needed a Majority vote in favor in order to be included in proposal. |
