Rules and Procedures

1. In order to be recognized to speak on an item, one must obtain recognition through the Chair, by rising of hand or calling for the Chair.

2. Everyone is allotted to speak twice(2) on a item keeping in mind of the time

3. When voting to approve item to be included in the proposal Chair will ask all those in favor, oppose, abstain.

4. Item needed a Majority vote in favor in order to be included in proposal. 

 

Please Note: Due to the miss education of the nation and the unfamiliarity of one another’s culture, personal backgrounds, and language all in attendance must have a open heart and mind to set together with our Afrikan brothers and sisters no matter where we come from to decipher for our self between our historical truth and untruth. Aggravation of any kind that’s not in the principal of order and balance( Maat), will not be tolerated.
