We the Afrikan People of Harlem gathered here today in witness of and in full participation in the writing of the “Forging of Unity” proposal, to be sent to the 54 Heads of the Afrikan Continent for consideration of implementation and to be addressed by them in an upcoming International Conference schedule to be held TBA.

Proposal Item 1
By Kenneth Thomas: Take over Manhattan which will subsidize housing for all African People. All should submit a proposal item which affects one or all Afrikans (home and abroad). Take Manhattan. Starting small businesses could be destroyed by larger (European Caucasian ran businesses). 50 to 60 dedicated people needed to do the job. Reverse mergers. Stock Exchange. Stock Instruments. Emanate Domain. Reverse emanate Domain must be put in place. “What should black people do to other black people”? Answer, “Love and Respect. Contempt
Proposal Item 2
Afrikan Economics by Gus Kifle: The world/International Banks should Loan money to all Afrikans world wide to do business to be independent.
Talk to family and neighbors on issue. . Democracy: Irish, Italian, Polish and Jewish populations were second class. Black people are now considered second class. Minorities are not protected by the US Constitution.
Proposal Item 3
By Ras Che: Remove the lines of Demarcation across the continent of Afrika. Facilitate freedom of movement for Afrikan people throughout Diaspora, to, from and within Africa. Free health care and free literacy from the cradle to the grave all across the Continent. Need increased agriculture. Necessities must be affordable if not free due to the fact all resources come from Afrika.
Proposal Item 4
By UNIA: Social, economic assistance for the poor throughout the Diaspora. Freeze all money which is owed to Afrika. It is important and essential for The IMF / World Bank to return the equal amount of funds to Afrika (Afrikans) throughout the Diaspora to become independent.
